Returns PolicyWe do not offer a return procedure on our items unless damaged, as designs will be approved by yourselves before completion. Any change of mind by yourself after completion of the design and has been taken off our premises or delivered to you, will not entitle you to a refund. Only if our goods are faulty or damaged on arrival that you may return the goods and be entitled to a full refund of your order (excluding postage) or replacement goods but the following procedures must be adhered to: 1. First contact us as soon as possible by telephone ( 02920 861442) within 24 hours only of receiving your order and then send us a confirmation by email or post. 2. You will need to send the goods back to us by recorded or special delivery (paid for by you) and you will need to acquire proof of postage. This needs to be done WITHIN 7 Days of receipt of order. 3. Goods need to be in it's original packaging to which it was sent out in and undamaged where possible. 4. We will not accept goods in different packaging other to what it was originally packaged in or used in any way. 5. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of us receiving the goods.
