Terms and Conditions

1. You can place your order to us by email or by telephone, quoting the item(s) name or code and contact details for yourself (telephone number and email address) or you may wish to pay via credit or debit card, using Paypal's secure server basket system. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to use this service. All card payments are processed through Paypal secure servers.

2. We make all our designs by hand and to your requirements, so if you are unsure of colours, etc, please give us a call and we can send out samples of crystals and beads for you to match or better still you can send fabric swatches to us. ( Address below )

3. Orders can take up to 8 weeks due to workmanship and volume of work, so please allow plenty of time before your wedding to place your order. Once you have choosen your wedding dress you can then sort out your tiara. We advise roughly 5 months or more before your wedding to order your tiara as this allows you plenty of time for hair trials, etc.

4. Orders within the UK , up to a value of £100 are sent out by recorded delivery and will cost £4.50 and orders over that amount will be sent out by special delivery and will cost £6.50. International orders are welcome. Please contact us to enquire about shipping rates.
